Children, parents and friends of Yalies are not only welcome, but are encouraged to join in the fun.

* We’ll have a volleyball net set up for a spirited game

Updated June 8, 2010
In Celebration of Co-Education at Yale
Dear Friends,
You may have heard about the recent events in New Haven celebrating 40 years of co-education and 140 years of women at Yale.  I am volunteering for a regional celebration of Women at Yale hosted by local NorCal AYA chapters and would like to extend the invitation to you if you have not seen it already.
General information is included below for your reference.  For more detailed information, please visit www.yalesf.org/article.html?aid=269. Attendance is NOT limited to women.  Please forward widely to your Yale contacts in the area.
We are also looking for one volunteer to take photos during the event — you do not need to be a professional or have anything more than a digital camera.  We just would love help recording the event.  The registration fee is waived for the volunteer.  Please contact event coordinator Ruth Kwon ’98 if you would like to volunteer (click here to reveal email address).
Hope you can make it!

The following are alumni sponsors in the Bay Area:

Parking is free after meter hours on Howard and surrounding streets.

Please RSVP to Ruth Kwon (‘98) at (click here to reveal email address) with your full name and the name(s) of any other guests, as well as your class year and any affiliated company.  Please put “Spring Extern Reception” in the email subject line.  Light refreshments and appetizers will be served.  For our planning purposes, we encourage you to respond early, preferably by Thursday, March 11th.  See you at the reception!
