New York City – Alumni needed for Student-Alumni Dinner (Apr 10) & Admitted Student Reception/Phonathon (Apr 8)
Alumni Sponsors needed for Student-Alumni Outreach Dinner
With spring around the corner, it’s time for the semi-annual Yale Student Alumni Outreach Dinner!
We need your help!
Date: Sat., April 10
Location: Red Egg in Chinatown (to be confirmed)
The Asian American Cultural Center at Yale is looking for alumni to participate in its semi-annual AACC Alumni Outreach Dinner in NYC. This event provides a valuable opportunity for students to meet alumni from a variety of professional backgrounds. During the day, the students will be volunteering at APEX, a non-profit organization dedicated to mentoring and educational services for Asian American youth. In the evening, students will join alumni for a dinner in Chinatown. Alumni will be asked to sponsor a student for dinner. In the past, this has been a rewarding experience for both the students and the alumni and we hope you will help us continue this successful event!
Admitted Students Reception and Phonathon
Help welcome the Class of 2014!
Come share your Yale experience and help encourage admitted students that Yale is the right school for them! We are holding a Reception for admitted Asian /Asian-American students and their families in the NYC area on Thursday, April 8. We are also looking for volunteers to help us with a phonathon the week before (flexible time commitment).
We would love for you to join us for either the Reception (even if you can only drop by) or the Phonathon. If you are interested, please contact Yvonne Chung (email@example.com) or Pam Shen (firstname.lastname@example.org).
